Dental Implants
What is dental implants?
Dental implants are a modern dental treatment in which biocompatible titanium screws are placed into the jawbone to replace missing teeth. An implant takes over the role of a natural tooth root, and with the porcelain or zirconium restorations placed on top, it provides a natural appearance that is both aesthetic and fully functional. At İrem Dental Clinic, implant treatments are carried out by our specialist dentist with over 20 years of experience, using advanced imaging technology and under sterile surgical conditions. A personalised treatment plan is prepared for every patient, with a detailed analysis of their bone structure and overall health.

How is dental implants treatment performed?
Examination and Planning
Bone structure is assessed using panoramic X-rays and 3D imaging. Further analysis is carried out where necessary.
Surgical Stage
The implant is placed into the jawbone under local anaesthesia.
Supporting Procedures
In patients with insufficient bone density, grafting (bone powder) and membrane applications are performed to ensure the implant fuses in a healthy, long-lasting way.
Prosthetic Stage
Once fusion (osseointegration) is complete, a porcelain or zirconium restoration is fitted onto the implant.
Follow-Up and Monitoring
Regular check-ups help extend the lifespan of the implant.
